Our our sister company Healthcare Professional Institute – HCPI Drug & Alcohol Testing Course, led by certified course trainer Danielle Roger, equips managers and supervisors with the necessary skills to conduct workplace drug and alcohol testing using various methods. This comprehensive course enables you to save costs by performing your own tests, recognise behavioural patterns indicating substance misuse, conduct random or with-cause tests to ensure workplace safety, and take appropriate actions based on test results.

This two-hour course includes a demonstration of various testing kits, followed by hands-on practice of the demonstrated processes. The training program covers the following areas:

  • Performing a Physical Assessment
  • Completing a Chain of Custody Form
  • Acquiring Donor Consent

The course also provides a dedicated question-and-answer session to address any queries raised during the training.

Who Should Attend?

Our Drug & Alcohol Testing Course is designed for managers or supervisors who may need to perform random or with-cause workplace drug and alcohol testing in cases of suspected substance misuse. This course is applicable to any industry or organisation that has implemented a written Drug and Alcohol Policy. If your business does not have such a policy in place, we can assist you in creating one.
